the house i stayed in was air conditioned with queen bed. actually everything was modern, my next choice again in kennebunkport.

My room had very limited view.

It was effortless here with beautiful harbor views and sunsets, my room was big, had a balcony, climate control, and the bathroom had a tub.

The room was spacious and had a charming eco-friendly decor. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a central view. the hotel is located in a peaceful area near restaurants and close to the ocean. We visited Pilot House Restaurant, which was just a short walk away.

I recently stayed at a charming harbor inn in the coastal town we visited. The location surprised me with its beautiful views and proximity to downtown. The staff went above and beyond, providing a warm welcome with a plate of goodies, a handwritten note, and a watercolor postcard as a souvenir. The room and bathroom were clean and comfy, and the service was outstanding. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the soothing ambiance provided by the piano player and fireplace.

I did notice some noise from the stairwell area, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

Enjoyed our stay, and would have stayed for longer. Everything was very easy, met standard, and the staff were incredible people that offers excellent customer service. We had an a double room room with a cozy decor - it was luxurious. Location: the hotel was short walk to the estuary hugging the property's property, the beautiful town center, and the ocean, harbor and all of the quaint stores, restaurants and bars.

The breakfast had a fresh selection that catered to all tastes, including daily offerings and an omelet station. the rooms were a nice size, with water available and picturesque views. the service provided was excellent.

Really had a nice time during our vacation here. Everything was on point - the staff was super friendly and the spot by the river with views of the ocean at the river's entry was just breathtaking! 🌊
