Great staff, helpful recommendations, and loved the shuttle. Immaculate accommodations, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. Room with river view, perfect weather. Nice lawn with Adirondack chairs, kayaks available. Fantastic restaurant, nice lobby, easy access to room. Great porch, large modern bathroom, friendly staff. Nice fire pit, gazebo, chair massages. Lovely view from room.

The hotel's location in the Kennebunkport area is perfect, with a view of the river from one of the windows and easy access to both the beach and the town center. The rooms are beautifully decorated and appear to have been recently renovated with tasteful finishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing family-style service and going above and beyond to accommodate guests, even when it comes to arranging hot food late at night. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with different daily offerings included in the stay.
All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

I would like to comment on the staff, the young kids that help run the programs for the childen were excellent,I almost wished I had our childen little again. They had programs for all ages and they were having a ball. We had just as much fun watching the kids, and the staff's patients with the kids was unbelievable. The food was excellent. I would go as far to say the chef was a "Five Star"chef.The breakfast served every morning was "fab".We will be back and look forward to another Wonderful Stay. Thank You go's out to great staff.
The one and only problem we had was the bed,it was very uncomfortable. Did not look forward to going to bed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely resort in a charming coastal town. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff had upgraded my room to a beautiful waterfront view. They even left a handwritten note and a plate of delicious desserts to celebrate my special occasion. The resort had a cozy charm and thoughtful touches that made my stay truly memorable. I enjoyed a delightful breakfast buffet overlooking the water and took advantage of the complimentary shuttle service and scenic walks in the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this resort for a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Great for family vacations with daily activities for kids. Convenient access to town and free shuttle. Lobster boat tour available from hotel dock. Recycling in rooms and throughout resort. Charming ambiance with a rich local history. Friendly staff overall.

This hotel's location is unbeatable. It is close to the ocean, harbor, bars, and restaurants. Leisure facilities are fantastic such as the poolside bar and grill. Service is impeccable, and breakfast is delicious. The view from the waterfront window is breathtaking.
The bathroom could have a bit more counter space.
